- Prices are exclusive of VAT for all childrens clothing (up to the age of 13)
- Garments marked as age 14 or above (in the larger sizes section) have VAT added.
- Donations to the PTA: These are paid on a quarterly basis. the following items result in a £1 donation to the PTA: polo shirts, PE shirts, all sweatshirts and cardigans, waterproof jacket and the fleece.

- Orders need to be collected from: LondonStitch, 605 Garratt Lane, Earlsfield SW18 4SU.
- Whilst we try tio keep the full range of uniform in stock there can be occasional delays if we have sold out. Typically we can have new stock ready within two to three working days.
- Returns of school uniform orders - We are happy to refund or exchange Beatrix potter uniform items if they have not yet been worn.
- Privacy policy - We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.
- If you do have a problem with any order or item you must notify us with FIVE DAYS of receiving the items. We will always respond within 48 hours. Either call into the shop, e-mail us at hello@londonstitch.com or telephone 0208 946 2315 or 07883 103045.
- Cancellations - If you have placed an online order and need to alter or cancel your order please contact us as soon as possible to arrange a refund.
